The terms that apply when you request a quote or place a custom hand fan order with VEYOO.
These Terms of Service govern the use of veyoobangkok.com and any order placed with VEYOO. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them. VEYOO is a custom hand fan brand based in Bangkok, Thailand.
VEYOO sells to businesses and organisations: hotels, restaurants, bars, brands, event agencies, wedding planners and similar. The minimum order is 200 pieces and applies to every customer. A single order may be split across several designs as long as the total meets that minimum.
Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices at the minimum quantity. The final unit price depends on quantity, size, finish and destination, and is confirmed in writing when we review your brief. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and does not include duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country.
An order is confirmed when you accept our written quote and payment is received. Production begins after payment confirmation and after you approve the physical sample. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot source materials, meet a required date, or if the artwork raises the issues described in section 4.
You keep ownership of the logos, artwork and text you send us. By sending them, you confirm that:
You agree to hold VEYOO harmless against third-party claims arising from material you supply. We may decline artwork that appears to infringe someone's rights, or that is unlawful or offensive.
VEYOO's own designs, product names, photographs and website content remain the property of VEYOO. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media; tell us before production if your project is confidential and we will exclude it.
We arrange a physical sample before full production so you can check the print, the colours and the fan itself. Approving the sample is the point at which the design is locked. Changes requested after approval may require a new sample, a new lead time and additional cost.
Production takes approximately 10 to 14 business days after sample approval. Lead times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. They may be affected by artwork delays, public holidays, material availability, carrier delays, customs and other events outside our reasonable control. If you have a fixed event date, tell us at the first message so we can plan backwards from it.
Our fans are made with natural bamboo and printed cotton fabric. Small variations in grain, tone and print are a normal characteristic of the product and are not defects. Printed colours may differ slightly from colours shown on a screen; the approved physical sample is the reference.
We ship worldwide from Thailand. Shipping is calculated by weight and quoted with your order, and a tracking number is provided for every shipment. Indicative transit times are 7 days by truck or 2 days by air within Thailand, and 30 days by sea or 5 days by air internationally. Risk passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are your responsibility.

To start a return, email info@veyoobangkok.com with your order number and the reason.
You may cancel at no cost before you approve the sample, minus any sample and shipping costs already incurred. Once the sample is approved and production has started, an order cannot be cancelled, because the goods are made specifically for you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEYOO's total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost business or the cost of an event being affected by a delivery delay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The site is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error free, and we may change products, prices and content at any time. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time your order is confirmed. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
