For a product launch, you may want the campaign artwork to take the lead. For a corporate gathering, a simple logo and colour palette may be more suitable. For a club night or beach event, bold typography can make the fan part of the visual experience.

Start with one main message. A design with a clear focal point is easier to recognise than one crowded with logos, dates and small text.

Plan Artwork for a Folding Surface

A fan changes shape as it opens and closes. When preparing your artwork:

• Keep essential text large enough to read.
• Give logos space around their edges.
• Use sufficient contrast between text and background.
• Avoid placing important details too close to the outer edge.
• Review the design as an open fan, rather than only as a flat graphic.

How Many Event Fans Should You Order?

Base your quantity on the distribution plan.

Will every attendee receive a fan, or will they be available in selected areas? Are they intended for VIP guests, a giveaway desk or a retail stand? Is there one event or a series of dates?

The minimum order is 200 pieces. For campaigns using several artworks, include the requested quantity for each design so we can confirm the order structure.

Work Backwards from the Event Date

A fixed event date makes planning especially important.

Production takes approximately 10–14 business days after approval, followed by an estimated 10 days for delivery within Thailand and the region. The artwork and sample stages require additional time.

Send us the date the fans must arrive, not only the event date. This leaves space for your team to receive the shipment and prepare distribution.

If your deadline is close, contact us before making plans around a particular delivery date. Feasibility needs to be confirmed for your order.
