Every fan is hand-assembled in Bangkok for precision and care. We do not cut corners on materials — each piece is built to be carried and admired.

With proper care, our fans last years. The frame is built to withstand daily use, and the fabric can be gently refreshed if needed.

We design for longevity — not disposable fashion. If anything wears over time, contact us. We can often restore or re-fabric your fan at a service fee.

Custom fan production takes 10–14 business days after design approval.

Once production has started, you can cancel within 24 hours for a 50% refund. After that, we're committed to manufacturing your approved design.

Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied, return the item in original condition for a full refund. Custom orders are only eligible in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Avoid extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods
• For fabric: gentle hand wash if needed (bamboo frames don't require water)

The fabric can be gently hand-washed with mild soap and cool water. Avoid soaking. Pat dry thoroughly.

Bamboo or wooden frames should be wiped dry with a cloth — never submerged in water, as this can cause warping or cracking.

Fabric is replaceable. Contact us — we can refresh worn fans with new fabric at a service fee. This is a much better option than discarding a well-loved piece.
