Planning a custom hand fan order involves more than choosing a design. Your quantity, materials, delivery destination and deadline all help define the project.
At VEYOO, the minimum order is 200 pieces. We offer fabric fans with bamboo ribs, with production taking approximately 10–14 business days after approval and delivery estimated at around 10 days within Thailand and the region.

To receive a meaningful quotation, specify the quantity, material combination, artwork and destination. Those details establish what is being supplied and where it needs to go.
A price comparison is useful only when the specifications match. Two fans may look similar in a small photograph but differ in size, rib material, fabric or printed design.
Give the total number of fans you need and explain whether the order uses one design or several. If you want to compare quantities, request quotations for the alternatives you are genuinely considering.
Specify bamboo ribs and share your preferred fan style. Include the artwork so the print requirements can be reviewed.
Mention any presentation requirements and provide the destination. Ask for the quotation to identify what is included and any separately charged items.
When reviewing quotations, use a simple calculation:
Check whether sample arrangements, design work, packaging and delivery are included. Where relevant, clarify taxes or import charges before comparing the final totals.
Do not assume that the lowest advertised unit price represents the lowest cost for your complete project.

For a project with several designs, ask how the minimum applies to the proposed split. An order of 200 fans should not be assumed to allow any number of different artworks.
For an event, estimate quantities from your distribution plan. For a hotel or restaurant, consider how frequently fans will be given out and how you intend to manage reorders.

Production and delivery together suggest approximately 20–24 days, before adding the time needed for the brief, artwork and sample approval. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
